The specific technical settings and access control provisions required for this purpose – based on the instructions of the organisational unit manager – are recorded in writing.
Following this, access to data is only possible with valid, personal identification credentials and authorisation rights.
Access to network resources is granted only to persons with valid authorisation specified in their contracts, using individual usernames and passwords.
We take all reasonable measures – using the available IT tools and internal procedural systems – to ensure that unauthorised persons cannot access servers available through networks storing personal data.
